- Non-Personal Information — we may collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
- Children's Data — our products are designed for children aged 2–5 and are always purchased or subscribed to by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
- Cookies and Tracking — our site uses Cloudflare Turnstile (essential security) and a self-hosted analytics system that tracks page views and button clicks for performance measurement. This analytics system does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

- Contractual necessity — to deliver your subscription, process payments, and send your monthly activity packs. Without this data we cannot provide the service.

- Legitimate interest — for site security (Cloudflare Turnstile), basic analytics, and improving our service. We do not use this basis for marketing.
- Legal obligation — to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes as required by Irish law.
