If you are a free subscriber, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails — no charges, no hassle. If you ever experience any issues accessing or using your materials, our team is always here to help.

1. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time quickly and securely through your Stripe Customer Portal.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You keep all the digital content (PDF packs) you have already received — those are yours permanently.
- No further automated charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation.
2. No-Refund Policy — Digital Content
- Our products are digital content delivered instantly by email upon successful payment. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of digital content has begun.
- By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) the digital content will be made available to you immediately upon payment, and (b) you lose your right to cancel the purchase once the content has been delivered.
- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial subscription periods.
