1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our site.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
- We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price displayed at checkout.
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew each month. You can cancel anytime through your Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- We may change our prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
- Delivery: Your first digital pack is delivered immediately by email upon successful payment. Subsequent packs are sent in the first days of each month.
3. Digital Content — No Right of Withdrawal
- Our products are digital content delivered instantly by email upon successful payment. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of digital content has begun.
- By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) the digital content will be made available to you immediately upon payment, and (b) you lose your right to cancel the purchase once the content has been delivered.
- All sales of digital content are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial subscription periods. See our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Intellectual Property
- All materials on this site, including but not limited to activity packs, worksheets, graphics, and branding, are the property of Thriving Berries Ltd.
- You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share our products without permission. Products are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- Our products are designed for educational and entertainment purposes only.
- All activities are intended to be used under the supervision of a responsible adult. Adults are responsible for assessing the suitability of each activity for their child, ensuring safe use of materials, and exercising appropriate care and caution at all times.
- Thriving Berries Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, or issues arising from the use or misuse of our website, products, or activity suggestions.
- Our resources are not a formal curriculum and are not aligned with the Irish National Curriculum or any other national or academic framework. They are intended as supporting learning materials, not as a replacement for formal education or professional advice.
- All activities and ideas provided are suggestions only. Results, outcomes, and experiences will vary depending on the child, the context, and the way the activities are used.

- If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring a claim in your local courts under applicable consumer protection laws.

- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
